Don’t Wait Until the New Year to Make Changes

This post was created in partnership with ClassPass. As always, all opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting brands that keep this blog running!

If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that how we choose to spend our time is so important. Before the pandemic, I was definitely someone who planned away my life and expected it to go largely as I mapped it out. Cut to stay at home orders, working from home, being furloughed, being laid off, and completely losing all sense of routine.

I kept telling myself that I would pull myself together once things returned to normal in a few months, but, here we are nearly a year in and it’s clear that normal has to take on a new meaning. I took a step back and realized that changes needed to be made and waiting until the new year was not going to cut. I worked to create a new routine for myself, including one of my favorite ways to get moving, ClassPass.

If you’ve been a reader for a while then you know I’ve been a ClassPass user since they launched in Memphis and can’t recommend it enough— especially now that you can try a month for free. My favorite local places for classes are ZenStudio, East Memphis Athletic Club, and NEIGHBORHOOD barre.

Not ready to return to studios but still want to get your sweat on? Stream all of your favorite classes through the app from Barry’s Bootcamp at Home, solidcore, Studio Three and more! I also love that you can use your credits to book meditation classes, beauty appointments, and virtual nutrition sessions with certified nutritionists.

Sound good? Click here to sign up for a free month and make sure to DM me so I can add you as a friend on the app! See you in 2021.
